Our Favorite Freshly Moms Lactation Boosting Smoothie Recipes

These two recipes are our FAVES for milk supply, combining Bumpin Blends’ best smoothies for lactation with Freshly Mom’s granolas and smoothie mixes.
Lactation Boosting Smoothie Granola Bowl
1 bag of Bumpin Blends Cookie Dough Cubes
½ cup milk or mylk
½ scoop of Freshly Mom’s Lactation Smoothie Mix for additional boost if needed
Toppings: 1 serving Freshly Mom’s Lactation Granola, goji berries and ½ kiwi cubed or sliced
Add all the ingredients other than toppings to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
